Absolute Garbage for Salt Spreading
Day two of residential for spreading salt. It's 50/50 I throw this out or return it for being terrible.
Good Budget Broadcast Spreader.
I got to use the broadcast spreader last week after some snow fell. It worked well at spreading the rock salt evenly across the ground. my only wish is that the broadcast spreader wheels were bigger and bucket higher from the ground. I recommend this product. side note, Lowe's please feel free to reach out to me if there is a broadcast spreader or single stage battery snow blower you would like me to test and review.

Functional, too expensive, lightly built
Functional, too expensive and lightly constructed this spreader and all others should be better built. It works well but is noticeably smaller than previous models I have purchased. In about 3 to 5 years I will be buying a replacement and throwing the plastic parts in the landfill 🙁.

Great and easy to use
I was able to use the product with ease to spread grass seed and Seven to keep the bugs out of my yard. It was easy to use my 5 year old son helped me. It was easy to push and maneuver and the dial was great to control the amount that was spread through the yard. I was able to complete my large yard in a short amount of time due the ease of operation. I used this seed spreader on even terrain so I don’t knit how it would operate going uphill. Broke fast
Two 30 minute sessions on slightly bumpy ground broke the flimsy plastic molded wheel. I’m going to try gorilla tape on it for now. It’s a piece of junk. Less than 50 pounds were ever spread before breaking. Slow bounce over a root and I’m gonna have to buy a new spreader
