I laid this stuff out the first week of march. Gave it a light watering to soak in. There was no rain for over a week. I noticed basically no change for 3 weeks and went ahead and cut my grass since weeds were coming up. one week later I had more weeds than grass. Works but don't expect results in one season

Lawn was hurting when I moved in. Used Scotts triple-action every year plus summer & winter guard fairly reliably. Compare pic of my yard vs neighbor that didn't apply anything last few seasons. Mine looks good. Hers is a dandelion farm. Perhaps folks expect lush lawn after one application but it takes a couple seasons on the Scotts 'cycle.' Poorly maintained or 'builder' lawns will look worse after one application of triple action (because yard is half weeds and it kills weeds!) Or may...

I have been using Turf Builder for a couple of years. Our lawn really looks good especially when you compare to everyone around us. I like that it's one product that does everything. I don't need to buy for every season . I'm looking at my lawn now and it look great. I also liked the fact that it said it killed English Ivy. be patient, follow directions, and use 4x a year

I see some poor reviews on here and I think I know why. People think they are going to put this down and in 24 hours have the perfect lawn and no weeds. It will not kill them all in the first application. It will need multiple applications spread out over time. If You lawn is 50% weeds like I see in some of these pictures reviews you may just want to kill it all and start over round up and then reseed in the fall. Excellent Product

I applied this product in mid-March, as soon as the Forsythia started to bloom, (An old turf managers trick). It was broadcast applied exactly as specified. I will mention that I applied this product before any cuts. After the first cut maybe 10 days later it was obvious that the weed killer part of the product worked perfectly. The analysis for this fertilizer is 16-0-1 so its not going to supercharge anything. But my Tall Fescue looks great. Its too soon to say how well the pendimethalin works...

Have used this product AS DIRECTED for several years with widely varying results. Usually works great preventing crabgrass (5 stars), usually works FAIRLY well as a fertilizer (3 stars) fails PITIFULLY as a weed feeder, I mean "killer" (MINUS-2 stars on the same scale of 1 to 5) for an overall average of 2 stars. It's working so far

I decided to use this for the first time because last year my lawn had a lot of dandelions and whatever grass breeds the white flowers. I live in NJ so it was hard to determine when would be the best time considering how erratic the weather can be. It worked really well on both. There are spots around my edging that has dandelions but I believe that is only because the spreader didn't reach. I would recommend using your hand to spread around the border of edging. A Trusted Brand

Attached are horrible photos of my front yard. Due to poor landscapers and management inaction, the lawn area has been in this neglected condition since moving here. So, behind receiving a sample bag of Scotts Turf Builder, I applied the easy to use weed killer/lawn repair along the bare spots closest to the front entrance. Didn’t work

I followed the directions and applied this exactly as directed. I used a Scotts spreader to apply. I have a lot of clover in the yard and other weeds. The weeds don’t even look like they were touched by the stuff. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that I think the Fertilizer helped the grass. I didnt really want to pay the local company to come spray for weeds at $160 a pop 3 times a year, but oh well. I have one corner of the yard that is just infested with clover, my fault.
