Airbnb Great, VRBO not so
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock, but I have issues with half my bookings which are VRBO. I can make under Manage Access, I can't delete old dates. I delete and they come right back. It even happens with the Airbnb Bckup bookings. I try to delete and a minute later they come back up. So, I have useless entries sitting in my Access Codes. Airbnb bookings merge perfectly. However, somehow a backup is assigned to them and I can't delete those. It's a new lock and...

Great Communication Safety

It is very nice to get emails when the batteries are getting low…. The auto lock feature is a nice safety measure…. Remember that it is a motor that physically moves the deadbolt, so it will use up batteries… Still 4 AA’s hold up very well…

Not all what it’s marketed to be

Then when I had it set up it just suddenly stopped working with HomeKit about a month ago and I have spent about 20 hours trying everything and it still doesn’t work with it. The Schlage interface is okay but getting it to connect to WiFi since it only works with 2.4 ghz was very very slow and painful. The built in alarm is not really loud enough to scare anyone away. Great security with compatibility issues

Easy to configure using the Schlage app. Unfortunately not compatible with Vivint right now so I have 2 use 2 apps to secure my house. Waiting to see how long the batteries last. Great lock
