I purchased 25 of these to replace all my interior doors, both with ones that lock and ones that don't. I liked the consistency of the quality across all 25. I liked that they were very easy to install. They operate smoothly and the ones that lock do so quietly.

did not get as orderded

I did not receive locks with key codes ordered. I ordered 8 items with 3 specified key codes I got 8 locks with 2 different key codes unrelated yo what I orded.

Visible Internal Fittings

If I buy a matte black fixture ... I expect the visible pieces will be matte black. I don't want to see internal brass components.
