My front door lock is 10 ft away from my whole home wireless router, and the front door has difficulty connecting to it. The firmware will not update no matter how many times I try. Keeps you locked out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love for this lock to work, but it doesn’t. This is the second lock of this type I’ve had problems with. Keypad is not responsive most of the time. It keeps dropping from the WiFi system in my house, even though it only 25 feet away from a main tower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a previous one whose motor died after about 4 years. Pretty disappointed with that lifetime but locked into the ecosystem; that means for a next home I’d consider competitors. Otherwise functionality has been as expected.

Works and looks Great

But I have done one before so I knew what to do. It has a section to help conect to your Ring or other approved alarm system.
