Samsung fails again

Quit making ice after a week, stopped cooling after 3 weeks. Samsung support is a joke. Thrown hundreds of dollars of food away and still no eta on when they'll fix it. Every time I call I'm transferred to 5 different departments until I get someone that I can't understand at all, then they hang up on me. Eff you Samsung

Bad product, Bad customer service

I’d like to leave less than a 1 star review. We purchased our refrigerator Sept 2025, Labor Day sale. It has not properly cooled since the purchase. 4 Samsung technician visits, 2 lengthy repairs, hours on hold with Samsung, both Thanksgiving and Christmas without properly working fridge/freezer. Samsung French Door Refrigerator

I really do like the Samsung brand. I love the fact that this has a larger capacity to store food and it was designed with so much detail. It's so easy to see my food without it being piled up in a smaller refrigerator. I love the water dispenser and various sizes of ice cubes. We bought a Samsung washer & dryer two years ago and can't say enough good things about them.

Product likely fine, Lowes delivery is not.

if you want your appliances and orders delivered on time as scheduled, on time and without damage, I suggest ordering elsewhere. the company lowes uses for delivery has never delivered on time or without damage to the product requiring a return visit. They provide a 4 hour window for delivery and while you waste your time sitting and waiting, they dont call to update you until 2 hours after the delivery window just to tell you that you need to reschedule with Lowes.

Walk away - you don't want this

Not cooling after only a few days

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe’s. First, the delivery window was 1:30–5:30 PM. I planned my entire afternoon around it and sat in my empty home waiting… and waiting. No one showed up until 6:30 PM—a full hour after the window ended—with zero communication. Great refrigerator with Great size!

This fridge has been awesome for us. We picked up size and function. Our old fridge was leaking so we chose this model for its size. We are all impressed by the amount this holds. The shelving is well laid out and we hooked up the icemaker as fast as possiblem. All in all a solid experience thus far. Would recommend!

Go with the delivery option and removal

Its a good size and the flexibility of the 2nd shelf to drop down for tall products

Dented refrigerator not replaced

The refrigerator arrived and had a dent we were told we would receive a replacement on Monday 12/22 we did not and still don’t have a replacement. It would be here before Christmas no problem but it hasn’t arrived yet. You sent us our statement and expect us to pay for a dented refrigerator I think you to bring the refrigerator before we pay.

The guys that came by were very professional and very easy to work with. They ran into a few challenges, bringing the Appliance in the house, but that didn’t stop them. They found a solution and made it happen. They did a very great job. Thank you.
