We recently purchased the Samsung 23 cu. ft. stainless steel, fingerprint resistant, side by side 36-inch-wide, smart refrigerator from Lowe's and are very pleased with it. GOOD: nice looking, NO handles to stick out and bump into (recessed), very roomy, both freezer & fridge, glass shelves in both, good size drawers in both.LED lights in the freezer & fridge. LOVE the square ice cubes (not the stupid half moon ones that come crashing in your face) BAD: Super SLOW at making & dispensing ice cubes. NO dispenser light. Had it for a couple of weeks now and it has been fine. Two minor complaints/annoyances, first, the shelves are not adjustable. It would really nice if you move and even buy more shelves. Second is no light for water/ice dispenser. Really annoying at night. Another thing was delivery scheduling. They let you know your window way too late for me. While install was excellent, I could not plan it around my work. And customer service is useless other than kicking the delivery down the road. ...

So far so good. Love how much room is in the fridge. It cools really well and throughout fridge. No hot or super cold spots. Only complaints are the ice production is incredibly slow. Also doesn't fill the entire bucket. Another minor complaint is that the fridge came with a card that says it's Wifi compatible and is a "smart fridge". Everything online says it works with the app it suggests to download. Yet is doesn't work. The QR code inside the fridge, when scanned, says it's not compatible. I...

Fridge Review: Would Highly Reccommend
The fridge's accessibility is awesome and the fridge keeps food nice and cold. I've never had a problem with power outages with this fridge because it stays very cold long after power goes out. The finish doesnt scratch easily, which allows me to have a magnetic calendar on the fridge. Overall, i would highly reccommend this fridge.

A side by side is better than a drawer style.
A side by side is better than a drawer style that will just stop closing correctly. This fridge should have added a light at the ice dispenser and made the shelves more adjustable but at least it’s worked pretty well now for 2 years. With no Handles I think it looks better.

free delivery.... except they can't hook it up...
We like the refrigerator, but it is INFURIATING to have to call a plumber to spend another $400 to hook it up. We had a similar issue with our stove and it's drop off. This might be our last big Lowe's purchase because of it.
