Good machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is performing better than I anticipated, the normal wash cycle is getting the clothes clean in 15 minutes less than our previous Samsung front load. The large drum holds all of our baskets of clothes with ease, and while its running, especially on the spin cycle, it stays in place and doesn't make a bunch of vibration noise.

The washer is fantastic, however....the delivery, installation, haul away were a total nightmare so be prepared! The delivery men took my old washer out, refused to remove it from my existing pedestal and place my new washer onto it, and told me that they did not have room on the truck to haul it away, even though I had paid $79 for haul away service. They also left plastic under the feet of the washer that could not be entirely removed unless the washer was picked up. I had to call customer ...

The New Old Faithful
A nice drama free washing machine that has yet to give me a single problem. It isn't the fanciest thing ever made but it's not entirely void of modern technology either. It requires a vastly lower amount of water and electricity to run than the one it replaced and most importantly, the clothes are always clean when they come out.
