This is the absolute worst washing machine. 1st let me say I've bought alot of Samsung products. Usually pretty good. Then I bought this washer/dryer set. I've had them 3 month & it started throwing a 4c code & wouldn't unlock the lid. The fabric softer drains as soon as I push it in, occasionally. Already??? The dryer, with small loads, because I don't like wrinkles, sounds like metal grinding. Worse Washing Machine I Have Owned.
I don't understand how this washer design made to production. If you put more than about a 1/4 of the tub capacity worth of clothes, it doesn't agitate the load. Forget it if you put top and bottom queen size sheets in the wash at the same time. I'm so happy to be replacing this washing machine with a new one today!

Washer Damaged During Delivery
The washing machine seems fine. I'm stuck using it until the replacement arrives to replace the one Lowes's delivery service damaged during installation. The owner's manual seems a little skimpy. Do not ever buy this washer
We have had this washer for only 2 years and for the last 6 months it continuously gets off balance with small to medium loads. It then continuously fills with water and drains. Even on a spin only cycle. This has 3xd our water bill monthly on this washer alone. It takes over 3 hours to do a simple load of laundry. I have never been more frustrated with an appliance and it is frustrating to have spent money on something that ends up costing you more. Do not buy!!!!!
