Very happy with this Samsung washer so far. It cleans clothes really well, runs smoothly, and has been a huge upgrade from using our apartment complex laundry room. Delivery from Lowe’s was excellent. The delivery team had to bring both units (washer and dryer) up two flights of stairs and professionally install them stacked on top of each other, and they did a great job. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the whole process went smoothly.

I’m really happy with this product overall. It has plenty of space and looks modern, which fits nicely with my home. It works well, is easy to use, and runs quietly most of the time. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are a few small things that could be improved, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a great product for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something spacious and reliable.

Horrible Experience
Horrible experience. The delivery guys left garbage in front of my new house in the road then left their empty water bottles and trash by my back door. Never set up my washer and dryer. Then when I got them installed by someone else there were issues. I reached out to customer service numerous times and was told a case was open and I would hear within 24 hours. Never heard from anyone. Never will purchase from them again!

It’s a good washer!
The washer is nice enough, it cleans the clothes. Easy to use. Overall I’m satisfied with the product. I do wish it connected to the Smart Thinga app to alert you when cycle is done. My set is in the garage and unless you’re nearby, you can’t hear the notification. Aside from that, no complaints.
