These guys were super bad down and it was running really late and they managed to solve problems so I didn’t have to run back to the store which I had to do before and they were so very pleasant to work with. I had a really excellent delivery team and I wish I could tell you their names but they were fantastic and of course I love my washer and dryer.

Great Functionality

It gets my clothes clean every time, even with larger loads, and it's much quieter than I expected. I also like that the spin cycle removes a lot of water, so my clothes don't take as long to dry. It's easy to use, looks great, and so far it's been very reliable. I'm glad I chose this washer and would definitely buy it again.

Only 5 years & Can Throw away!
Bought Nov. 2020. Washer tub bearing, seal kit, and shocks replaced Sept. 2023 (tub wobbles during spin cycle). July 2025 Rotor Hall Sensor replaced (because the wash cycle wouldn't complete) and I noticed the bearing had failed again - black grease seen around the back of the motor. Costs $370 for outer rear tub replacement (Outer Rear Tub #DC97-21594C). That's $610 in parts alone I would have to put into a washer that was $575 in 2020. Samsung is junk.
