Purchased originally in 2023, it has been three years of use and completely disappointed with the quality. Just like the electric range this dishwasher start to make a squealing noise leaving me to believe that it’s the motor. Additionally, a year and a half after purchase, the water stopped fully draining. After getting my personal home water checked our connections were fine and it had to do with the dishwasher itself.

Poor performance and low quality dishwasher
Dishwasher lasted almost 5 years. It never cleaned the dishes well and was consistently saturated. At the 4.5 year mark the normal light started flashing and it kept running and chiming constantly. Even if I tried to shut it off it would not stop until I unplugged it. I inspected and cleaned the filters. Normal light is still flashing. Not worth fixing, I will never buy a Samsung dishwasher and will be looking into other brands.

Worst appliance I have ever owned
I never never owned any appliance that breaks as much as this thing. It gets water leaks in multiple places. I have replaced the inlet valve 3 times, the drain assembly, and the part that ties the string the spring so the door lowers properly. I replaced that part twice. It's such a terrible design, half string, half spring, tied to the foot. And now the foot broke off. I'm pretty handy but taking this thing apart to dry stuff off every 3 weeks...I'm just done with Samsung for the rest of my lif...

I also bought the extended warranty. Lowes warranty's suck. I will never buy from lowes again . 5 year warranty if you do not lose receipt. they can see when you bought it . look back to or protection plans and it is listed as kitchen item. So with out the receipt they are covering nothing

My machine is 2.5 years old. We are in a 2 person household running ≈2 cycles / week. No garbage disposal. This dishwasher takes a very long time to clean dishes. Crazy but this is my third one
