Loved ice maker until now

Have had this great fridge for almost 6 years now. Just recently, the ice comes out “uncut”. The ice maker makes and drops the ice fine. We have rows of crescent ice in sheets now and the sheet is so thick it can’t even be broken up. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions including resetting. Maybe someone has a suggestion?

Compressor failure in under 4 years.

This Samsung refrigerator model #rf28t5001 is beautiful, has great features, and at 28 cu. ft. is just the right size for our family. Unfortunately it had a castrophic compressor failure at the age of 3 years and 10 months. Fortunately the "sealed components" are covered by a 5 year warranty, but it has been an ordeal. Pretty Disappointing

We have had this fridge just over 2 years. The Ice Maker has never really worked on it. The door bin are Breaking from wear and we honestly dont use them much we put a gallon of milk in and it would dislodge and fall on the floor. The drawer under the fruit and veggie draw constantly comes off track making it difficult to get back in and close. I was eager to find a more plain fridge without all the fancy controls on the front. So I was happy enough with that. Although this fridge is slightly larger cubic foot than my last fridge, it somehow feels smaller. Shelf Spacing Need Improvement

The top shelf will not hold a gallon of milk, a quart of milk, or a 9 1/2 inch high bottle of pancake syrup. Broke down after 3 years

I've only had this refrigerator for 3 years and it's already stopped cooling the refrigerator I'm assuming because the condenser fan burned up. I really don't see the point in spending the money to fix this as there's probably better products out there. I'm aware Samsung had a class action lawsuit for building such crappy products and now I've been a victim of them as well.

Nonstop problems

During our flooring renovation, the fridge that came with our house decided to break, so we bought a new one, and that one froze everything the first time we put groceries in it. Samsung sent replacement parts and arranged a repair person, who came in yesterday. Josh was awesome, we had a really deep conversation about real struggles.
