Worst piece of appliance ever. Two dryers I'm less than 2 months. 1st dryer almost set my house on fire, it never turned on. 2nd dryer, since the 1st use never worked properly. Clothes are always damp at the end of cycle or dryer "senses" the clothes are dry and turns off within 5min. Tried troubleshooting via chat with agent and it just sounds this is a plain low quality dryer. I'm being forced to have service to come to mu house to fix it. For a smart appliance it is quite stupid
I bought this product based on looks instead of function which I now regret. I miss my old GE dryer. While I like that this product lets me know via Alexa devices when it is complete, this product does not dry clothes very well, does not save your favorite or previous settings, and defaults to eco dry every time you turn it on. I just had this delivered today. I bought the set washer and dryer. Washer worked well, But this dryer is the worst dryer I have ever used. It cannot dry the clothes thoroughly.
