I dont know what is going on with negative reviews here. My husband and I have a basically brand loyal household we have multiple samsung appliances, tablets, cell phones, tvs you name it. It’s a terrible machine
I hate this machine. Every time the spin cycle stops and I pull out all my soaking laundry to rebalance the load… I have to post a review. It’s become my therapy. This is a terrible machine. I have a load of towels stuck in an endless loop of rinse and spin for over 2 hours. I want to go to bed, but I have to babysit my laundry. Why doesn’t it have a spin only cycle? I hate this machine!

Auto Dispense is Trash
Recently our previous Samsung Washer went out, it would no longer spin the clothes. Mind you, that machine only lasted 4 years. We purchased the same type of washing machine, (outside of my recommendation to my wife) because we had a matching dryer. Great machine
I bought this machine 2 years ago and a necessary part is no longer available so it couldn’t be repaired. Thankfully I purchased the extended service plan at Lowe’s and they issued me a gift card to replace the machine. I like the machine so I purchased the same machine again. It has a very large tub with an impeller, several washing options and has the automatic detergent and softener feature and cleans clothes well. I’m hoping this will be a good purchase, time will tell.

Very unhappy with this top load washing machine , I feel like it's not washing my cloths correctly. Plus it always has trouble spinning my cloths . Horrible results
White streaks all through my black jeans. I never had this problem with my $300 hotpoint washer for years. I have tried different detergents, reducing detergents, hotter water, running cleaning cycles, and still the same ugly results...get a machine with a real agitator.
