The washer's performance is okay -- criticisms are the spin cycle doesn't wring out enough liquid, so the clothes are damper than my previous washer left them (and more wrinkled). Perfect
This Samsung washer is fantastic. I had a Whirlpool, which was fine. I had bought it from Lowe’s on sale when money was tight. The circuit board went bad. So, this time I was able to order the washer I wanted from the beginning. It’s quiet, efficient, and well balanced. The agitator is a bonus that our previous Samsung did not have. I really prefer it. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase! Even my German Shepherd approves.

unbalanced every load
If I could give 0 stars I would. Unbalances no matter what size load. Keeps adding water trying to balance itself to the point clothes no longer smell clean. Literally takes 4 hours for 1 load. Half the time end up ringing clothes out by hand. Not energy efficient, not time efficient.
I have only had this washer for a week. So far, so good. It has a good capacity, I just washed bedding with no problems. No unbalanced loads or crazy vibrations. I love that you can adjust the water level. My old washer automatically decided how much water to use, and it was always the minimum. I didnt feel it was getting the laundry clean enough if it was heavily soiled. This seems to be a great washer at a reasonable price.

Always unbalanced
I bought the set in 2020. The washing machine is always unbalanced but this year it has gotten to the point where it won’t even finish a full cycle without having to recalibrate it & wring out the clothes by hand. It will just go from spin cycle and fill the drum back up with water over & over again. I would not ever suggest anyone by a washing machine with an agitator, this one specifically is a piece of crap.

Do not purchase this washer!
This washer is awful, after 10 regular uses, it is no longer spinning. We have run all the calibrations, checked the hoses, and it is likely a sensor error. I call Lowe's they say call Samsung. I call Samsung, they say call Lowe's. Lowes won't take it back. Samsung will send a tech in 24/48 hours. It's been nearly 24 hours and still waiting on their call. Meanwhile I can't do laundry. I called Samsung again, and the guy mansplained to me how to do laundry and it only holds 4 wet towels. What the...
