We bought this new set when we bought our house 5 years ago. It had occasionally become unbalanced if we would wash a large blanket or something, but now it is every single wash. It’s so tiring constantly running to the laundry room to try and rebalance your clothes, no matter the size or weight of the load so the washing machine will spin out. It will either throw a code or sound like it’s beating the floor out. If you don’t catch it in time, it will constantly refill and spin.. one day it went...

Works fine when it turns on
We purchased the washer and dryer not even two years ago. It worked fine for a year. Now, the electronic TouchPad is finicky and won't turn on when you touch the screen. Unplug the unit to reset, plug it back in, try turning it on again, nothing. Closing the lid doesn't trigger it. Have to take a break and try again every 15 minutes until it decides to finally work. Frustrating and regretting this purchase. I guess appliances aren't built to last anymore.

Best washer I've ever owned.
LOVE, LOVE my new Samsung washer. There is nothing negative to say about it. The two guys who came to install were in and out in 15 minutes and that included taking away my old, broken washer, which was SO old it only had one water setting -- large. Lots of wasted water. Now I have choices that work efficiently and properly.

Horrible spin cycle cause Error Code U6 on every f
After a couple of years it gives error code U6 unbalanced on EVERY SINGLE WASH. Have wasted so much water trying to move clothes around to balance evenly, but then washer starts again & clothes move & error code comes up again. I have never had this problem with any other brand of washing machine. And my machine is perfectly balanced on the floor. Beyond disappointed that this machine is made so poorly.

NEVER AGAIN!
If you like huge water bills and constantly adjusting the load by removing the wet clothes and strategically replacing them, then this washer is for you! Worked for about two years minor problems. The balance of this thing is absolutely atrocious! If it goes off balance it refills itself every time! I made the mistake of leaving a load to go overnight and in the morning it was still refilling itself, that water was running for 8 hours! Don't take my word for it google it!

Blankets Take Forever To Spin!
I’ve had this washer for close to two years every single time I was a blanket it doesn’t want to spin it take forever so annoying! Otherwise it washes the clothes just fine. I hate this washer I’ll never buy another Samsung! The dryer also takes FOREVER to dry a blanket 🤦♀️

This washer has made me so happy the laundromat was quick but tedious! The price was great! Size of machine perfect! I trust Samsung! Installation was quick honest(they even informed me about a dent defect) and neat!

Great washer, you can control water level
We just purchased this Samsung washer and so far it is working great. The features we like include setting the water level to cover the clothes being washed … rather being automatic on our Maytag that did’t work … it is much quieter than our old washer … the clothes were much dryer after the wash cycle ended … the glass top is great for inspecting water level and wash and spin cycles. Also, competitively priced.
Love this washer, nice and quiet, and I love the glass door, lots of room inside for my large quilts, very nice.
