Had it for a couple of weeks now and it has been fine. Two minor complaints/annoyances, first, the shelves are not adjustable. It would really nice if you move and even buy more shelves. Second is no light for water/ice dispenser. Really annoying at night. Another thing was delivery scheduling. They let you know your window way too late for me. While install was excellent, I could not plan it around my work. And customer service is useless other than kicking the delivery down the road. ...

Awful. Do not buy Samsung
This was the best fridge I had for 6 months until it stopped working. I called the warranty team and they had 0 idea what they were doing. They sent me a coupon code to cover the cost of a new fridge (I would have to pay for install and to take away the fridge that didn’t work). The coupon didn’t work and I have been without a fridge for 4 weeks now fighting with the warranty team (over 15 hours on the phone and being hung up on twice). Amazing abilities
