After watching a video we had of the loud noise, the Samsung tech said that he knew exactly what was wrong because he's seen it way too many times. It also will not connect to my wifi so I am unable to stop the loud chimes it makes when letting me know it is finished. Long story short, they cannot fix the terrible smells. We’ve had front loading washers for years and only had an issue with this specific washer.
