I am disappointed as I have had issues with the washer since I bought it. It gets off balance very easily. Every time I wash a regular load of towels and sometimes clothing, I have to pause and readjust the towels/clothing. It gets stuck on 7 or 8 mins and will not spin out the load. I have had to take out half the load a couple times just to get it to spin out. Damp is as dry as it gets
This product is completely non-intuitive to use. The washer seems to wash clothes alright, though I haven't used it much because the dryer simply does not dry clothes. That said, the bleach compartment for the washer is wedged into the very back of the detergent drawer so that it is nearly impossible to get the bleach container close enough to pour bleach into the compartment without spilling it everywhere. Worst use of AI EVER.
I hate almost everything about this washing machine. The previous version had a dial that would tell you exactly where you were headed for the cycle. Now you have to cycle through the slow display to get to the load you want. And it is not in any sort of order. Lots of features and large capacity!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Bespoke washer and dryer to replace an old set that came wit hour house. I renovated our laundry room and changed from side by side to stacked. It saves a lot of room and so far has worked great! Unfortunately the included dryer cord was not long enough to reach our outlet so I had to purchase a longer one. The features and auto dispenser are all great and the drum sizes are huge which is great as well!

Beautiful aesthetic

If fill up washer to much then the clothes do not come out dry enough. Also I inside of doors/drawers seems wet after wash so I leave open after use to dry out.
