Do NOT buy

Love the size of the washer but it’s less than 3 years old and we’ve had to replace the springs on it 3 times already. It still goes off balance after the new springs, if there are any towels, small area rugs, too small of a load, or any bedding. I spend more time repositioning the sopping wet clothes/blankets etc and the time wasted, energy/water/gas wasted is incredible. Sometimes have to re-spin the same load 4-5x. Worse washer on the planet!

First... clothes are rarely submerged in water when doing a load, therefore, my clothes would come out the wash still dirty with the stains and odor still intact. I had my husband buy a five gallon bucket that I fill with water, have him to pour the water into the washer with my load in order to have my clothes submerged in water, in an effort to get them clean. Purchase my washer 8/2020 thinking it would be the best thing ever. Well, i was wrong. Probably a year after it got to the point were i couldn't even get through one load a day. I regret my purchase of this washer!

I needed to replace my 10+ year old front load Maytag washer. I thought a top loader would be better to get the clothes cleaner, even though it would mean giving up the "counter space" that was the top of my old front loader, where I put my laundry baskets. The delivery of this washer went great, but that's the end of the good things. It never fills up with enough water, ever, even when you select deep fill. And you can only select deep fill on certain cycles, like permanent press or heavy duty....

Very stylish and energy efficient !

Cleaning the front load washing is a hassle and definitely has mildew issues so i decided to go with a top loader. So far i love the energy efficiency. I’ll update my review after further use.
