Top loader machine quits mid-cycle from day one. Samsung sent a repair man out twice and could not diagnose the problem in spite of video we recorded demonstrating the issue. Great top loading washer.
I like that I can see inside the machine when it’s on. Most top loading machines don’t do that. I also like that while it is computer based, it’s not as advanced as my last machine. My previous machine was very fancy and very technologically based. The computer died and it was going to cost over $500 to fix the computer which is why I just went ahead and bought a new machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Size of load capacity is wonderful and having the impelleris very nice, it does a fantastic job of cleaning, the low noise while running is so much better than our previous two other washers. The auto washer clean cycle is a nice feature, the anti vibration feature works great I like all the aspects of this washer and the price was a great bargain.

Samsung needs to issue a recall for these washers. The number of videos and complaints online is proof that this model does not work properly. The washer does not finish cycles, stops randomly for more than 10 minutes, and sometimes the water does not drain correctly. lowe’s is terrible &this was broken when delivered
upon delivery it never worked! lowe’s said that they could not replace bc apparently i had 2 days from delivery to exchange. it arrived making a gear grinding noise and cannot use! now waiting on samsung that lowe’s pawned me off to come with appointment and check it out! no more lowe’s for me! terrible customer service! this washer is $894 and delivered broken ! unbelievable!

Love this Samsung Smart Care washer without the agitator. I can fit in my outdoor cushions. I love that there is so much room in the barrel. I can wash more clothes in one washing. I can control the washer from my phone. How cool is that? I also like the digital timer and the chimes that let me know the load is complete.
