Terrible Shaking/Off-Balance after 3 years

As others are reporting all over the internet, this washer is awful. We started having the same off-balance issues. This causes loud banging and shaking. We have to repeatedly shift laundry around. It can take forever to get through the entire cycle. Who has time for that? We did replace the rods. IT DID NOT HELP. Poor quality

Bought this brand new in 2020. Had to replace the springs that hold the drum after only 5 years because the loads continually were unbalanced even with small items. I bought this machine in 2019 and I've hated it from the time I bought it. I wanted a washer that had few dials and the option to determine my own water level vs the sensor. Do NOT Buy and beware of Lowe’s return policy

I ran the first load on this machine and the tub was full of dirt and debris from some towels. I never had this issue with my previous washer…so, no, it was not the level of soil. Mixed review.

I'll start with my only positive comment about this washer. It DOES do a nice job on my laundry-which is what I'd expect. That's what it's supposed to do. I purchased this washing machine in 2021 however we have had nothing but problems with it for the last few months and now we need to purchase a new washing machine.
