Installers damaged old carpet

The installers did not speak English. This is the first issue. Maybe you should send someone who can communicate with the home owner. They installed the carpet and did a great job aside from how the attached it to the old carpet. I asked them to fix it. They tried to stretch my older carpet and destroyed it. Don’t trust that the color you see in the store wi

The carpet is very nice and looks great but in my house it looks grey and not brown like it looked in the store. I would have sworn it was not the right color. I took a sample of the carpet installed back to the store and sure enough the color matched. It looks entirely different in my house. I was told at the time I was looking they did not have samples of the carpet to take to my house so I ordered what I saw in the store. I am not happy about this.

Had to reschedule another measurement & install

When the 3rd Party installers arrived (12/29) we found that they did not have enough carpeting due to Lowe's not placing the included landing/stairs line item on the paperwork. We had to schedule the 3rd Party to come back out and remeasure the landing and stairs a second time (01/02). Then wait additional time for the carpeting to come in and then schedule a second install date. Beware of the measuring service

Happy with carpet quality and color. Third party measuring group was frustrating to deal with as they initially oriented carpet that would waste 160 sq ft. I had them come back and showed them how it was done prior with seams not in walk path and efficient use of material. Don't blindly accept the their plan. It's not rocket science. Do a little homework to make sure you're not being charged for more material than need be. Installers are yet another group and did a great job.

Exceptional service!

Absolutely love the carpet and the we chose the best pad and it has been amazing. To top the experience off, the service we received from Winston in Yakima was exceptional. He thoroughly understands the department and had solid answers for any questions I had. We won't hesitate to return to our local Lowe's for future carpet needs!

It might be ok, i don't know. I paid for it on 09/21/2024 and today is 10/07/2024 and i still don't have it or received ANY communications from Lowes.

Great Product & confusing process

Veyr nice color and looks really nice. The process to get it purchased and installed is a big to be desired but the product is really good.

Not Happy With Purchase

When I first purchased and had layed down it looked great felt great to walk on now a year later it has lost its soft texture completely..
