Well thought out and well made mower.

Tried several battery powered mowers and returned them all. This mower is well made, well constructed, and with very thought out amenities that allow the mower to be hosed off, dried and the arm to be folded up and the mower conveniently stood on end against a wall taking up very limited space. The five year mower warranty and three year battery warranty can't be beat.

Never going back to a gas mower

Love the light weight, low noise and adjustable pace on this Skil mower. It takes up much less space in the garage and no more checking the oil, replacing the air filter or spilling gas.

Solid for a 1/4 acre lot

finished 1/4 acre lot with less than 50% of battery power using the self propelled feature. Cuts well. The bag could be bigger but not a big deal to me since it starts up with a push of a button.

Light weight, very maneuverable, great battery, true variable speed, and can use drive wheels without mower blade running. What more can you ask for?

Better than the best gas competition.

Easy to operate and cuts smoothly

This electric mower came assembled and is easy to operate. I have a small yard (1/3 acre lot size but only half of that is grass). The fully charged battery did not last for cutting the entire lawn and I think it overheated because it quit running but still had half of a charge. I bought a second battery (almost as expensive as the mower!) as a backup. The mower cuts evenly. I like the variable speed option and adjustable deck height. Not Bad

Not a bad self-propelled electric mower. The only issue I have is that when using the grass bag it doesn't always keep all the grass in it. I noticed this happens when backing up & sometimes when going forward. This issue should be worked on by Skil as I have one self-propelled & one push Skil electric mower & it happens with both of them. Other than this, I love how you can adjust the speed of the mower. Great machine for people wit Arthritic hands.

I wanted to wait until I had a chance to use my mower a few times. I bought the mower Jul 16th 2024 to replace my gas mower which was getting difficult to pull start with Arthritis in both hands .
