Does not pick up all motion
My one complaint is that the floodlight does not always pick up motion or movement. It has happened numerous times where I look to my camera to see what a noise was or what just passed by and there is nothing showing!

The 5 Ring cameras I bought were fine, but the customer service was very poor during the 2 trips to the store on S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa. Although there were many staff members at the front and various parts of the Lowe’s, I had to wait 1/2 an hr and 2 employees still passed the buck to others. Finally, the asst manager helped grudgingly. 3 other customers were furious and were complaining a lot. The store was practically empty, so they were not busy.

Beware, possible registered devices
Ive purchased these floodlights before, no issue. But this time, i picked one up locally to take to my parents and install, 250 miles away from where I live. Got it installed, tried to add to their account and got "this device has already been registered"... tried a couole time, no luck, and ring support says take it back for another. Receipt is 250 miles away, so I hit the local lowes and purchased another one... same problem, already registered. Took it back, went to HD and got yet another one...
