I ordered two lazy susan corner cabinets, while they are sturdy plywood there are a couple of smaller pieces that could break. In fact one of mine had a broken part as a brace piece for the bottom of the door. I contacted the company for a replacment piece and never heard back. Good for the price

Got these on sale, so price was good for the quality and considering they were for laundry room only. I bought 5 cabinets, all came without damage. I'm a 70 y.o. female, fairly handy and I was able to assemble all by myself. A few hints: don't follow all the directions unless you like being a contortionist. For ex., to attach the face frame only put the corner braces on the face frame, not on the box this eases the positioning of the drill when connecting the face frame to the box. Be prepared ...

Inferior, weak design. Poor quality control.

I have purchased and assembled RTA cabinets from 3 or 4 different sources through the years. These are by far the worst of the bunch. Most RTA cabinets have a dovetail connection that locks the cabinet sides into the back and also into the face frame; these Fairplay cabinets only have a square-sided groove. Arrived Damaged

These came out of the box damaged. The piece is A1. Part of the track where the sides sit in the groove to form the box was snapped off. There was no damage to the outside of the box, so you know it happened at the factory and they still shipped it out like that. I have not determined if I will get the same sales prices if I return them or if it would bee too much hassle. Either way it will cause me extra work and repairs I wasn't expecting.

Fantastic quality for the price

We have lovely custom Amish cabinets throughout our home but needed to add some cabinetry in a less conspicuous space that were more cost conscious. After lots of searching (online and in person) I came across these Reliabilt cabinets. They had a green cabinet in the color range I was searching for, and they were on sale so the price couldn't be beat. When we went to pick these drawer cabinets up, they couldn't find them. Now they say we did. Im NOT HAPPY!

Damaged, but high quality otherwise

Both cabinets were damaged a little when delivered. The worst box had been retaped and appeared to have been done at Lowes and not the delivery company. Interestingly, the cabinet in the undamaged box had the worst damage. Actually splitting the plywood and crushed on the outer area. I chose to keep it because returning would have been a huge hassle and i was able to strengthen the damaged part and luckily the exposed damage was able to be hid by the wall. Product Arrived Damaged

I'm pretty sure this was a damaged return item that Lowe's decided to resell and I was the unlucky recipient of the item. The box had been opened and reaped up. Upon arrival, both of the box ends were open and there was a crease down the middle of the box. There were multiple teas in the box. I've been told to return to the store, but I live 2 hours away, so this would be an over 4 hour trip to correct what Lowe's should make right. This is such bad service and completely unacceptable.
