Bad packaging, Bad delivery.

First, They didn't bother to use any packaging so the door arrived fully exposed and full of smudges. Then, when they delivered it, they opened my patio door which clearly had signs stating DO NOT OPEN. Please do better. The door itself is lovely, thats why I chose it. Now Im gonna have to clean it and possibly repaint, some of these I tried to clean and are being stubborn they are very deeply set dirty marks all over the door.

Nice steel door at a good price

This pre-primed ready to paint 80 x 36 inch door (without frame) has a steel covered wood frame with foam insulation. I had to modify it to fit a 74 x 36 opening and found my circular saw with a 40 tooth carbide blade easily did the job and, by saving the original top seal, was able to reseat it with a little chisel work and caulk. Once this modification was made, I attached the hinges to the pre-cut hinge insets and leveled the door in the existing frame. The door comes with two lockset holes f...

We've tried getting 2 of these doors delivered. Each time the door is less than 80 inches and one was less than 79 inches. Do not purchase with delivery so you can measure this in store.

Functional and insulate from heat

This steel insulated slab door with minor defects was purchased at a discounted price. It looks great after a coat of paint. Noticed the difference after installation, as it kept room relatively cool while outside temperature reached 100 degrees! Also appreciate a Lowes employee alerted me of the defects prior to my pickup trip.

door warped the first year we had it.

we bought the door and with in the first year it warped on the bottom. we live in AZ so there a lot of change in temps. all year long. now we need to buy a new door to relace this one.
