Doors Leak
We had two of these doors installed late last year and the one leaks every time it rains, the water sits in the track on the inside. Our Lowes installer came out and determined it was not an installation issue. He checked to make sure the drainage holes were clear and they were. Lowes then put in a claim with the manufacturer. So I bought this based off of the information and it was absolutely correct. I saw one review stating that they’re sliding door was filling with water and they didn’t like this. There are clearly holes at the bottom allowing for water to drain out. My previous dooe didn’t have nearly as much versatility as this door. Also there was another review stating that the door was not good at keeping heat out. That makes no sense. There are blinds in the door and the door is about 2 inches thick. So none...
Not a good door
It was stored at Lowes for over a year, and it sure looked like it. The rubber that ran between the two doors had become stiff and squeaked when opening and closing. but the worst was the main door frame, it was out of square by about 1/4 inch which made the trim look bad.

Cool and Comfortable
Several years ago I made effort to replace my sliding glass door through Lowe's purchase and home installation. A representative came to my home and took measurements. Lots of Defects
First of all, the door is a nice upgrade from my last door. Blinds work awesome and help keep the kitchen slightly cooler, but it if was for the blinds, the glass doesn't keep any heat out. As far as the product itself.... from the moment I purchased this, it has been nothing but a headache. As soon as it was installed, molding and siding back on, I removed the sticker, a huge scratch. Nice door. Blinds work nicely! Decent quality, easy to install if you're careful, have the correct tools and a helper. Keep in mind that if you're replacing an old door the new Reliabilt door probably won't fit the opening so some carpentry skills are needed.

Disappointed
Bought three of these doors; great price as they are being discontinued. BUT as I installed the first one of three, found two major issues - the blind control is broken in one of the stationary door panels. and secondly, there is only one set of roller wheels (rather than two - one on each end of the door). Marginal Production Quality Control
We bought 3 doors and all 3 had deferent manufacturing problems. The Warped Frame is thin plastic with trim pieces holding the glass panels in place. The channeled glass trim was not fully seated on 2 of the 3. The Trim was cut short on 2 and filled in with a sealer adhesive. Blinds do work as accepted. Over All, Okay Design with horrible production quality. I Do Not Recommend.

Great quality!
We have purchased three ReliaBilt sliding door, replacing the old ones that are single pane. We’re from NE and had a Pella up there for the freezing cold weather. This quality is pretty much the same, it went in great (my husband retired contractor) , we always loved the blinds in-between the glass, it glides when you open so smoothly, no more condensation with the thermapane glass, we are very pleased, just waiting for the third to be delivered and sliders will be replaced.
