This is a budget item. It offers some of the high-end features as a consumer I was interested in but not willing to pay for, like a Pella or Anderson door. I think it's important as a consumer to know that going in, so there aren't any surprises when the door arrives at your home. Great Door

For a patio slider with blinds this is an amazing price. Blinds work great even with my nephew constantly playing with them. The active door feels heavy but it slides back and forth very easy. Missing hardware

The handles and the mortise lock keeper were missing from the package. Reliabilt is certainly NOT reliable when it comes to products. They should have a claim against them for knowingly selling products that are not complete.

Doors Leak

We had two of these doors installed late last year and the one leaks every time it rains, the water sits in the track on the inside. Our Lowes installer came out and determined it was not an installation issue. He checked to make sure the drainage holes were clear and they were. Lowes then put in a claim with the manufacturer. dont read half the reviews

So I bought this based off of the information and it was absolutely correct. I saw one review stating that they’re sliding door was filling with water and they didn’t like this. There are clearly holes at the bottom allowing for water to drain out. My previous dooe didn’t have nearly as much versatility as this door. Also there was another review stating that the door was not good at keeping heat out. That makes no sense. There are blinds in the door and the door is about 2 inches thick. So none...

Not a good door

It was stored at Lowes for over a year, and it sure looked like it. The rubber that ran between the two doors had become stiff and squeaked when opening and closing. but the worst was the main door frame, it was out of square by about 1/4 inch which made the trim look bad.

Cool and Comfortable

Lots of Defects

First of all, the door is a nice upgrade from my last door. Blinds work awesome and help keep the kitchen slightly cooler, but it if was for the blinds, the glass doesn't keep any heat out.
