Reliabilt Door - Worst Door Ever!
Purchased this door from Lowe's in Corpus Christi. Had them deliver it. Delivery company placed it in my garage. A few days later went to install it. After installed I realized that there was no door handle delivered with the door. I went to Lowe's and at first they said call the manufacturer that there wasn't anything we can do. An associate ended up opening the package of another door and gave me a handle. Got home with the handle and key wouldn't come out....had to go back to the store...

Picking up my product was very frustrating. I was directed to go back and forth between the front of the store and the back of the store. I finally found someone that could assist me and waited for a good amount of time before I was able to leave.

No hardware, no support. Big failure
Received the door today, installed perfectly and realize there was no door hardware. Called Lowe’s and they were not helpful bounced me to the manufacturer who said they no longer have parts for this product, which is still being sold at Lowe’s today. So there are no stock replacement parts at the manufacturer, keep this in mind if you were going to buy this product today. Decent door
This door is really energy efficient and moves really well. I have noticed a huge drop in outside noise and it blocks all of the heat from the sun. The blinds inside the glass are really smart and have a clean look. Installation took about a day to complete just by myself. Trying to get the frame square takes quite a bit of time but it comes really close. Now I have a block home and this door comes with a flange all the way around which was not hard to remedy. Dont Buy This Door
We had this door installed in September 2020 and now are on our 3rd set of rollers. Bearing failure. The Lowes lifetime glass breakage warranty will not be honored. Mowing lawn and struck something that hit the outer panel and shattered it. Claim denied . Buyer beware.
Poor Quality
You get what you pay for with this door system. This is a pretty flimsy unit. There are bows built into the panels and the frame. It’s also a little sketchy where the two panels come together when the door is closed. Ours does not slide well and makes a horrible noise while sliding. The rough opening size is listed as 72”x 80” but this is 1” too wide.
