Nice Finish, A Few Loose Bristles

Overall, this was a good paintbrush that applied paint smoothly and gave a nice finish. It did lose a few bristles during use, but not enough to cause any major issues. Easy to work with and cleaned up well afterward. I’d use it again for future projects.

For finishes, I like to use Purdy brushes

Prudy makes a really quality brush. They are easy to use to cut and apply a finish and all surfaces. I needed a brush that could easily cover the trim on a 3x15 paned French door. Most of the door is trim and this brush was the right size and angle to get in all the tight spots and leave a great finish.

Easy Does It

The medium stiff, angled bristles made covering the large, round, rough textured posts easier to paint. It didn’t loose any bristles and cleaned up fast with water.

I've used these brushes for years and they never seem to get old. When properly cleaned after use, they will last you a long time saving money in the long run. I prefer the angle brushes for medium to small trim work and these are perfect for the job.

Doesn't hold paint

Supposedly this brand is the best, but I will never buy anything Purdy ever again. This brush doesn't hold paint for ****. You can maybe get 8 inches of a solid line when you're cutting in before you're out of paint. Even after I just gave up and started throwing paint on the wall just to get it done and not even wiping the brush off after dipping it in the paint you get about a foot long swipe, and it's gone. And the other Purdy products I purchased for this project are just as bad if not worse...
