Was easy install and worked great for quite a while. Faucet (hose region and underneath) started leaking at around 7 months at the hot/cold plastic piping built into the base-plate. Uninstalled assembly and it looks like a brass piece that is an insert was not fully installed during manufacturing and the O-ring, that makes the seal, started pushing out. Looking at other reviews, this is similar area of leaking. Had to buy new faucet after talking with store on options.

Instructions are not great

As noted in the title, the installation instructions are not the best. There are photos used that represent a one-hole type of faucet. For someone who has no plumbing experience whatsoever, it did confuse me for a minute. Otherwise, the actual installation was easy. I did it myself (again, with no plumbing experience). It works well. No water pressure issues for me, as some reviewers noted.

Unique and Impressive for the Price

Just replaced my Kitchen Faucet when the old one started leaking. Wifey wanted a Pull-Down with separate handles. She didn't want the single handle version. This seemed to be the only option and some places had nothing fitting that requirement. Was concerned based upon the price but once installed, very impressed. Beautiful but does not last

We did a kitchen reno adding a second kitchen. We bought two of these and had a plumber install during the renovation. The first one had to be replaced during installation, the plumber noted a defect and we took it back to the store for an exchange. We figured things happen. The one in our second kitchen went out recently after 7 months. There is a leak in the tubing of the sprayer that sprays water when the faucet is on - it makes a mess. Since it has been more than 90 days, Lowe's won't refund...

Great looking and very functional.

I installed this about two weeks ago and I am really impressed with the quality and operation. This pull down faucet was a breeze to install. The instructions were easy to follow. Make sure you read and understand the instructions before you start. Just one caution. When you open the box there is a tag on the hose that says put weight here. Beware!

The sink faucet itself has been fine so far, but the soap dispenser head has broken with regular use over 6months and because of that I can not recommend. Can't find a replacement for that single part so looks like I'll have to purchase another faucet sink kit . Was a great buy at the time but didn't realize the soap head specifically was made of brittle plastic until after it broke. BEWARE OF PROJECT SOURCE BRANDED ITEMS!

Low water pressure

I just had this faucet professionally installed and it has horrible water pressure. My plumber flushed my water lines and removed the aerator to clean it. No improvement. I love the look of it but it doesn't even have enough water pressure to create bubbles to wash dishes.

If the sound of a drippy faucet in the middle of the night calms you and helps you to Dreamland, you will love this faucet. Faucet

The water and sprayer portions work great. They were easy enough to install following the directions. The soap dispenser is a piece of garbage. it Broke the first time I tried refilling it from the first initial fill. I feel the design should be different for this as it is not user friendly. The design should be something you can unscrew from the top and fill, not something you have to pull apart. So I gave it only 3 start for poor design of the soap dispenser, rest of the unit is great.

Drip, Drip, Drip

Installed for approximately 4 months. Both hot and cold faucets drip. Pulled apart to inspect cartridges and seats; all in good shape with no deposits, build-up, damage. While we like this classic two handle design, and the drop down sprayer works well, I can't recommend this product if I am going to be replacing the cartridges every 3-6 months!
