Sink blemishes
Open the box before you leave the store and inspect the sink top. Mine was covered in blemishes and will have to go back. It will cost me more in time and fuel to return it to a store out of town as my local store doesn't have any in stock.

Okay value but poorly appointed
This thing is cheap(as it should be with the materials used) but it lacks any instructions whatsoever, it doesn't come with any sink/basin clips(requires caulking as the mounting type but wasn't specified). I could imagine a separate sink/cabinet setup being up to you to source clips/caulking as it wouldn't be expected, but an all-in-one setup you'd expect it to come with it or at the very least mention it's required for assembly. Attractive product, check for defect on delivery
Very happy with this product for my bathroom in my garage. There were two problems. Becuase of several reviews, I asked helpful delvivery drivers to open before accepting because I had no way of returning it myself. The first vanity had a cracked sink and the delivery drivers and I were unsure what to do. Called customer service and was told to reject it. Always open package before accepting it. The Sink
The cost was good but up on opening the box the back of the cabinet was cracked at the top. So we had to use wood screws to attach it to the wall instead of putting it back in the truck and exchanging it at LOWES. Once we installed it, caulked it and painted the inside of the cabinet it was beautiful. The material for the price was outstanding.

Check before you leave the store!
I like the color but you may need to check it before you leave the store. I ordered mine on line for curbside pickup. The app doesn’t work so you have to get out your car, go inside to a kiosk and wait for them to get your order to bring to your car. Got home and there were some scratches on my cabinets. Was not happy about that but since I had some workers installing it I just kept it.

Broken Twice
You get what you pay for. The actual vanity seems nice. I purchased one, got home and it was cracked. Returned - got a second one home. It appeared fine at the store, but after the vanity was installed and we put the top on, it was warped. It also was missing the doorknobs. Lowes is saying I have to return it again to get help - but the base was already installed. Dont waste your time.

Do Waste Your Money
Received the product via delivery. This box had 0 damage, took it all out and not even dent on any box and could to find out the sink has hairline cracks all throughout it. The return process at Lowes is painful, as they won't do a delivery exchange, you have to have them come pick up the return and deliver a new one on a later date. So I went to HD instead of wasting my money taking the chance the I would get a 2nd broken one. This is not a delivery issue, is was broken without any box damage. ...
