Constantly throwing codes
Control panel wouldn’t update causing the grill to throw codes. Called pit boss and got a new controller panel, this one updated but still throws malfunction codes. Nothing that’s been replaced on this grill has fixed anything, the grill is obviously a lemon but I’m not able to get a refund or replacement as I bought it during winter and didn’t start trying to use it until spring, putting me out of the return window. Now it’s just an expensive garage ornament. Will be switching to a Traeger.

I love my grill and I recommend people to buy the Pro Series 1600 wood pellet grill
I chose 4 out of 5 stars because it is an amazing grill. If I could chose 4.5, I would but, that is not an option. The cleanup is the only pain in the tookus. The grill makes the most amazing burgers I have ever had. The smoke profile and temperature accuracy is very impressive. I would rather have this grill over a Traeger. 5 out of 5 stars would be for me an easier clean up and better light inside the grill. I still highly recommend the grill. It is the best grill I have owned.
