Stick with cast iron griddles
I would probably go with cast iron for my next griddle purchase. The idea behind the ceramic coating was good but not well executed in this griddle. After treating it like a ceramic pan it was working for me but at around the 2 year mark I started seeing tiny spots where the coating of the griddle was breaking off. Haven't grilled yet, but so far so good...?
Haven't used this grill yet, but assembly was as expected. Build quality and solid, have burned off and "seasoned". I did have flame outs due to wind. Haven't owned a gas grill that has resolved that issue but I do have wind screens. Wish me luck, burgers then chicken.

WOW! Buy this thing!
I asked for this for my birthday after years of using a 36" Blackstone. Blackstone is great, dont get me wrong, but this thing is amazing. The build quality is top-notch. You can tell when assembling, that this will last a long time. It is sturdy and well made. The entire reason I upgraded to this was because the blackstone frame/metal is rusting terribly and is becoming quite wobbly. Made cheesesteaks first cook --- came out great.. Easy cleanup!! I love it!

4 Burner ultimate lift off griddle with roll cart
It’s perfect size for a large family. I love the versatility of being able to have the roll cart for the house and the ability to take camping. One of the four burners has a dual gas tube, which is great for high heat searing. The ceramic surface is truly nonstick and easy to clean.

Great to cook on, shelves rusting after 2 years
We love our pit boss griddle. Prior to this we had a Blackstone & choose the pit boss hands down. However this past weekend we did discover an issue. The left side shelf & the underneath shelf are starting to rust. We Have had it for 2 years & keep it covered when not using. Can pit boss please do something about this?

A great start using PitBoss! Self installation was flawless, though lots of parts and screws. Instructions was very clear. Started ceramic griddle prep using oil and cooked my first food: Salmon on it. Delicious! Looking forward to cooking more on this griddle!

Rust! I've had this grill a few years now . I take very well care of it and clean it after every use and also cover it . It has rust all over the grill . I am very frustrated and would not recommend this girl to anyone
