It was our fault but we did not realize it is just a bucket. No lid. The lid is separate. We would have paid $22.00 with shipping for a regular bucket with a Pit Boss sticker on it.

10 dollars for a bucket?! Without a lid?! Had I known (if it wasn’t written in fine print at the bottom) it didn’t come with a lid I would have never wasted my time or my money on this purchase.
Why no Lid
The reason why this doesn't come with a standard lid is because some people prefer the twist on/off lids. In terms of cost, $10 for a bucket without a lid is a bit pricy. You're mostly paying for the name brand for all you Pitt Boss Fan Boys out there
Slow delivery with minimal customer service
Took a long time for me to receive. Unfortunately I have had previous problems when ordering on line. I won’t be ordering online ever again. On top of it all poor customer service.

Why would you sell this product as an "Accessory Kit", yet, there is no lid with it? The picture provided for this item has a lid on it even.

Why is the lid to the bucket sold separately? Why would you store wood chips/pellets in a bucket without a lid? Doesn't make sense. Should sell the lid with the bucket.
