I bought this faucet last fall. I love the look, read the reviews and had a kitchen Pfister for about 20 years so I was confidant this would be a good product. The faucet is well made and fairly easy to install. The drain part was much more difficult. I had to take it apart and put it back together several times as it would continually leak. I spoke to the company and they suggested that I replace the top washer with plumbers putty which I did and it still leaked. I seem to have same awfully frustrating problem w/this faucet like Kathy wrote on 3/14/15. Less than a year after it was installed by a plumber, I found water under the sink of my brand new cabinet. Horrible experience

The installation instructions call for testing with the aerator removed. I found it very difficult to remove and impossible to put back on. A web search showed others have had this problem. I called customer service and the best they could offer was to send a new aerator in a month. Another review had a response from Pfister that suggested escalating to tech support. Aerator problem

I bought one of these in brushed nickel and one in chrome. Both are nice sets and installation is quite simple; UNTIL you get to flushing the faucet and re-installing the aerator on the chrome set. Supply line failed. Pfister won’t cover it.

The “Pfast Connect” supply line failed. They use a thin plastic connector that cracked and came completely disconnected from the braided supply hose, gushing water into the adjacent bedroom and causing hundreds of dollars in damage. We're renovating our older bathrooms in readying our home for sale, but wanted to keep the retro look. This set, with its geometric lines and sleek look, fits perfectly with our new-old mid-century decor. I particularly like the handles that turn at the top and not at the bottom. A little different

This faucet is very nice, but it is different from any other that I have noticed. It says that it comes with the drain. This drain is operated from the drain cover. It has no stick on the faucet. You press down on the drain to close it, and press down again to open it. Since the drain and the faucet are not connected, this makes installation a little easier. I purchased 4 of these faucets for under the rim ceramic sinks on a granite counter top. 2 online, 2 at the store. All the drains leaked until I added water proof grease to the under side gasket. (This is not mentioned in the instructions.) 1 faucet worked fine. 2 had low pressure on the hot water and the other had no hot water.
