I was given the opportunity to test, evaluate and review the Pfister Karci Brushed Nickel Finish Towel Ring. I live in Eastern Coastal North Carolina. I received the Pfister "Brushed Nickel Towel Ring" on 3-19-19. The next day I started reading the instructions. The next day I was prepared to do the installation. I figured that I would never hit a stud so I really wanted to understand the "drill 2 BIG holes" part. I have used the metal anchors before, but not these new fangled ones. Doesn't matter . My husband installed this a few months ago and we just love it. I wasn't sure I would like the fact that it is stationary, but I really do. Don't pass it up for that reason. it is beautiful.

This towel ring is very classy looking and it's a very nice accessory to update the bathroom. It has a sturdy and solid feel to it. It was very easy to install and only took about 10 minutes to complete. I LOVE that it is fingerprint/spot resistant which is important for a towel ring that is being touched continually with wet hands. I wish my stainless steel kitchen appliances had this same finish as I am continually wiping off fingerprints from them.

Could be better...
The finish of the product is good. The issue I have is how it's mounted. If you can get it into a stud you would not have any issues but if you have to mount it in the drywall you will notice the mounting holes are really close to each other. That does not provide a lot of strength in the mounting process.

Well made
Very well made seems stronger then the ring type I currently do have. The design and finish is very nice also. As far as the claim of spot defense I have no opinion on that because I haven’t used it long enough but either way it really won’t matter to me. Now I have to replace the other towel rods to match.

Beautiful line of spot defense products. They are high quality. We were surprised the towel ring was stationery, not a movable ring but, none the less, it's very functional and lovely. I'd recommend this line to anyone looking for a new modern spot-free bathroom!

Nice design, easy install
The brushed nickel finish is quite nice and goes perfectly with the other brushed nickel items my master bathroom. It's a nice update and well needed. Fairly easy to install, it took less than 15 minutes. The design lets my towel lie flat against the wall, a nice feature. Overall I recommend this towel ring.
