I worked with Lowe's rep for a black vinyl fence installation. I'm not going to post his name here. The fence took several weeks to arrive at the store where I was told it would be inspected prior to delivery for the install. The fence clearly was not inspected. It was poorly packaged, all parts are scratched, bowed and not usable. The installers have removed my old fence, now I'm forced to wait another 2-3 weeks for the new fence to be delivered. Really poor quality and customer service. ...
