It was not the product it was Lowe’s lack of communication with each other. My order was not ordered and when I came to pick up all of it was not available. They charged me for an 8 x 10 rug and it was only a 5 x 7. The mistakes go on and on. No one knows what is going on at the Santee store. Very frustrating.

I bought the 8x10 for our back patio to go with our new furniture. It’s a beautiful rug and feels great under bare feet. Love the ruffled ends and 3 months into the season still looks like new. Worth every penny. I love it!

The rug is beautiful! The rug dries quickly, however, because i have a composite deck, the deck underneath the rug remains wet. I have to lift the rug for a short time after it rains so the composite will dry, which is not the fault of the rug. Seems very sturdy and I'm hopeful it will last for several years. .
