No a LADYS slipper

That is phalaenopsis not a lady’s slipper. Completely different plant and care. Lady slippers come under the genius Cypripedium. They don’t look like phalaenopsis which is what this picture shows. You may see some other types but they are terrestrial not epiphytes. Phals are epiphytes and grow in bark and in the wild grow up trees. If you treat a lady’s slipper like that, you will kill it and vice versa. They grow in rich leafy soil and can be difficult to grow. Think rich soil like Af...
