Didn't work for my application
The kick down door stop is made of heavy metal and a smooth mechanism with a round rubber stop. Unfortunately it didn't work on a solid core door with an automatic door closure spring on a smooth ceramic tile floor.

It seems sturdy enough, but I ended up returning it because the foot on the bottom is made of a very hard plastic or rubber that did not hold to my limestone floors. I need a "stickier" foot or a softer rubber foot that will not just slide along my tile floors.

They look good and are easy to put on. They do break easy so I would not install where you have pallet jacks coming in and out.

Great selection of blinds and shades.
Great experience at Lowes choosing window treatments for our entire new house. We made an appointment with Ryan to have our windows measured and another appointment with Blake to meet at the store. Blake really knew his stuff and helped us with all choices and made recommendations for what would work best. Much easier process than we expected. Prices and installation prices made it well worth it.
Crappy spring design
Quality of casting: Excellent. Finish: excellent. Price: Fair. Spring: total crap. This product is ruined by a rediculously crappy spring design. It looks like it was designed to last 3 days, and the variation in tension is HUGE. The first one I bought wouldn’t even stay folded up, it just flopped down. Second one kinda stays up - until you close the door, then it flops down or, worse yet, sticks straight out, causing a tripping hazard and damaging the door jamb.
