dont buy this item !!
I bought this set to finish up on a new fence and half of the screws and nuts were missing , I called the 1-800 # and was told by there less then friendly live person we don't have replacement parts on hand but if I go back to Lowes and get them to call the 1-800 # and push #3 a person would help , the same unfriendly person I got in touch with the first time .I asked why would I do that when I had there tech person on the phone now !! I also asked when he said the kit # wasn't in the data base...
