NAPOLEON Rogue XT 5 Burner Collection

Quality

The stainless steel bbq pit that i have purchased has started to rust already. The control panel and doors are saturated with surface rust. Only a 1 year and 8 months old. I put in a warranty claim and waiting for parts to come in. The cooking surface area is large and can be well controlled using several burners cooking various food at one time. Not too happy that I have to replace rusted parts this soon.

Parts melted on regular use

I’m very disappointed with the quality of this grill. The base casting assembly(made of aluminum) and the cover melted under normal use, which should never happen for a product in this price range. This raises serious concerns about the materials and overall durability. For a brand that positions itself as premium, I expected much better. One big, heavy hot propane grill

First things first. The instruction manual left much to be desired. It was almost all pictures, many made you scratch your head and wonder who came up with this thing. The only "tool" mentioned was a picture of a rubber mallet for installing the rolling wheels and the casings they were supposed to be hammered into. Assembly: The grill was delivered on a wood pallet, weighing about 250 pounds. The instructions for assembly were excellent. An APP was referenced in the instructions for downloading a video for assembly which was very helpful. It provided a 360 degree view of how parts should be assembled. Assembly was straight forward, but the grill is very heavy. I would recommend two people for installation. It took about 3 hours to assemble by myself. So glad I selected this grill and I intend to use it all the time. Let's start with the packaging - It was securely covered in either plastic, boxes or cardboard. There wasn't a way to scratch the unit in any way until you start taking the parts out. Make sure you have plenty of space to put this together. Hinges of front door made from plastic and rotted into piece after only two seasons. Good grill, but...

It's very good at cooking food, but... they put really cheap wheels on this Grill and when they swivel under the base they hit the base and lock the wheel so that it is very difficult to move around.
