I ordered this grill for delivery assembled, which arrived in its original box/unassembled, to which the delivery driver told us that someone would come out separately to assemble it. Only upon calling customer service was I informed that no one would be coming to assemble / they do not do that. Caution on "Rogue" they are not all the same

First off there are some things to like and dislike about this grill. It does look good and has side trays that extend or can be stored for space saving. It comes with a strong 15 yr warrantee. What is not to like about it- let me list the ways. First off this is more of an oven than a grill - they state keep the cover closed if you want to maintain the heat. Good BBQ

Excellent BBQ, much better since I took away that heating rack at the back of the BBQ. Lights easily, heat it up for 30 minutes or so and away you go.

I reviewed this a year ago about the terrible quality, I took apart (as I normally do) to clean and found that the burners are now deteriorated. How do stainless burners do this? Was Great, but after 2.5 years falling apart

The grill is falling apart fast. The thermostat is broke, the grates have almost disintegrated. The grill won't heat right. They are trying to honor the warranty, but replacement parts are cheaper and won't last as long. The thermostat they sent was broke.

My two main takeaways after assembling and using the Napoleon Rogue R525 series grille are the high quality of virtually every component of this 4-burner Grille and its cooking performance. My Napoleon grill was delivered assembled. The doors were installed backwards and one of them was moderately dented. I switched the doors, and Lowes took 10% off without argument. Napoleon makes a line of high end propane grills. This model is not full of the “bells and whistles” available on some of their other models. The removable integrated smoking box is the only extra option. This model does not include a rotisserie or back burner. There are no burners on the side tables.
