Awesome 3 burners barbecue

I love my barbecue because of the size which is what I need now but also for the high heat settings it gives along with the consistency of that heat. Now that the weather is getting cooler, I’m from NB Canada, its still gives a fast and nice heat but I can’t say yet during colder weather. Very nice quality

I like everything about this grill so far. Quick to heat up, easy to monitor temp control, and has done a nice job with meals so far. It's been ages since I bought a barbecue, and I assumed a good quality one like this would include a monitor for your propane tank level. That's the only downside, and something I'm pretty surprised about. I figured any good name grill would have such a commonplace and useful feature nowadays. Otherwise 5 stars.

Do not cross the threshold of Lowe's doors.

There is no problem with the product. The problem is with Lowe's. The delivery date was moved from three days out to three weeks out when I made the selection to have the grill assembled. There is no excuse for a company which offers assembly as a service to require three weeks to put together a grill that I could (and have) assembled in three hours. Still, I chose to wait patiently. The Absolute Best Grill Manufacturer

I'm 74 years old and can't count the number of grills i have purchased (all Brands). I have the Freestyle series it has to be the best grill i ever had. It is superior in all areas Temp control, quality of materials in production, grates, burners, ignitors, no rust (anywhere its outside and used year round) even the thermostat on the hood works accurately. Flimsy build quality, overpriced

I have to say it is very flimsy and overpriced for what it is. It arrived scratched on the hood and other pieces bent. I literally had to bend pieces of metal to get this thing put together right, and even then, the little door is so warped it won't attach to the magnet and stay shut. The door will just pop open while grilling. I contacted Lowe's before assembling and the best they could do is a return or 10% discount. First time Napoleon owner

I purchased this Napoleon grill as a starter grill for our new home. Really impressed with the quality of a lot of the parts, especially the grill and ignitor. One small suggestion (and I know price point plays a part in this), but I'd love to see stainless steel or metal knobs. Not necessary, as the quality is still there with this grill, but we notice its gives a Little Tikes feel with the plastic.

Sad but true

Great barbecue but ….. the grease tray is either too small or in the wrong position to be able to work effectively. I’d like to hear of a solution. I’ve noticed other people posting the same problem. It is a shame that such a well made product requires more time and effort to clean up the mess than it takes to actually do the cooking. Thanks

Freestyle 365 review

Overall a great grill! Assembly was quick and easy. The grill looks great, and the folding side shelves are amazing for customizing the grill to fit in tight spaces. The grill gets hot quickly and seems to keep its temp very well. One downside is that there seem to be hotspots on the grill, or more so cold spots. One of the main reasons for buying a good quality grill was to avoid these inconsistent spots. Unfortunately, the front of the grill, even with the lid kept closed, is considerably cool...
