Disappointing Product
The mounting instructions were followed correctly, and I ended up with a massive gap between the escutcheon and the handle. The black handle adapter also doesn't go onto the brass stem deep enough, this is a huge part of the problem. Without the adapter the handle will slide on where it should go, but the adapter has to be used. The adapter is also wobbly if installed as is, so I had to make a trip to the hardware store for washers to tighten the fit. This is a real disappointment from a brand s...

Beautiful 3 piece seg
Beautiful set. Shower head was easy to install. The handle fit in easily too if you are already replacing a Moen branded one it just screws in. Kit comes with new cartridge too but I avoided changing it since the previous one worked fine. The bath faucet portion is a deep screw on type. Make sure you use teflon and dope so you can screw it on. Mine was slip on type so I ended up having to solder a whole new copper adapter for it to work.
