Some parts not included
It's beautiful! But... 1) Does fit a little too close to the sink we were going to install it on, and 2) As at least one other reviewer mentioned, unlike many many faucets, this one does not come with all the necessary parts to install it. That is listed in the specs, but there is no link to the appropriate parts! One has to call the manufacturer to figure out which part. It took chat help 20 minutes to find a link to the right part, which was listed for $97. No thank you. I'm returning it and ...
Not complete package
Nothing tells you the supply line, valve and whatever else is not included. Now we have to pay the plumber, again, to return after we get the required parts. WE are not experts. There should be something large telling us what we need.

If you scroll down on the page you will see a box that says you need additional parts. There is no link to those parts. No warning when I purchased. Now I have to start all over again with a different faucet. If you like this faucet, make sure to get the added parts (and added cost).

Beautiful looking faucet
To Moen and anyone who may want to purchase this beautiful looking faucet. You can get a drink of water from this beautiful moen faucet if you use a cup. What you can’t do is wash your face or hands and you cannot brush your teeth. Why, because the spout is made to close to the rim of the sink. Water goes all over you new counter sink top. Impossible to get the cartridges out!
After 11 years, we needed to change out the cartridges because there was a slow leak. Well, that wasn't happening, they were so calcified and Moen didn't send us the cartridge removal tool, so it was impossible. As we dug a little deeper we noticed one of the hoses under the faucet was hanging on by a thread. It was a non threaded one so we ended up just ordering an entirely new faucet and installing that, just seemed like the easier thing to do, even though these faucets should last a lifetime....

Poor quality
Bought this faucet about 12 years ago- both taps seized and it was replaced by omen with us paying plumber to replace. The replacement has been in place for less than two years and the cold tap handle is starting to seize. Other taps in our home we have had in excess of 25 years without issue. Clearly not good quality and I regret buying it. Furthermore just replaced old shower head and taps with Eva to match the 8 in vanity taps

replacing out older eva faucets
Whole house was previously built with Eva products across all bathrooms 12 years ago, our older eva faucets had problems and started to leak. Was great to see these were still manufactured by Moen and that Lowes carried. Very happy with the new faucets and reasonably priced compared to the vast majority on the market.

Nice faucet but spots are insane
I purchased a new home and I have had Moen fixtures in other homes so naturally I choose Moen. So disappointed in the finish, these faucets spot even with my soft water. Love the style but not the quality or spot free fixture I was looking for, and they were not inexpensive!! Any suggestions on how to keep the spots at bay???
