Great quality as expected

Great quality as expected from Moen. Came with supply lines already attached which is convenient. They were not labeled which one was hot. This can be flipped technically if you wanted the hit to be handle forward or vertical. I used in a single hole configuration but it was nice it came with the 3 hole plate. Lower end with issues

The finish of the faucet is nice, however the lack of an aerator was a problem like others had said. The water split and would splash way more than expected. I ended up returning and replacing with the Moen Doux single handle facuet and while it's double the price, it's significantly better.

The faucet is nice but the drain is plastic

While the faucet is nice, the drain is plastic. The pop up drain in the sink is plastic - I would have expected, at the very least, that this piece be metal, as is common with most sink flanges. It's unfortunate because it will not hold up and will easily scratch. Had I realized it before I installed almost everything, I would have returned. I still might because of this.

No aerator on the Avri faucet model!

Had to return 2 sets of the Avri faucet due to poor design by Moen. After having a plumber come out to install, discovered after turning the water back on that debris must have lodged in the neck/spout of the faucet due to poor water flow through the newly installed faucets. Negative reviews seem to be from uneducated buyers

It seems like most of the negative reviews seem to be from uneducated buyers. When buying ANY waterfall-style faucet, don't expect high pressure; waterfall faucets are designed to be a gentle flow of water. Excessive pressure from ANY waterfall faucet will result in excessive splashing. We bought this faucet and we are happy with it; the quality is great and I love the waterfall effect. Would not recommend, Several reasons.

Bought 4 of these faucets at Lowes to install in 2 double sink bathrooms. I was replacing 16 year old Kohler faucets. After installing said 4 faucets, I wish I bought just one and tested it first. 1. Quality control is very bad. Only 1 of 4 had the socket tool inside the box. All were new, sealed, with straps on boxes. I just used a socket with extension and ratchet. Easy to install, works well

This faucet is easy to install and works well. We got it for our guest bathroom and it really pulls everything together.

Beautiful Faucet

Love the look and feel of the new faucet. Flow is pretty low but I’m okay with that to help save water.

Love the look, but…

I purchased two of these for our new double sink vanity in our master bathroom. I love the look, they look so modern, stylish and elegant. My only complaint is that when you run the water it hits the edge of the drain and splashes outside of the sink so I end up having water droplets all over my floor. Even when I have the water on low it still does this. We have fairly deep sinks (7”) so I don’t know why this happens. Because of this issue I deducted 1 star.

Looks great but makes an awful noise

We had two of these installed in our renovated bathroom. We were happy with the way they looked, but when we turned them on they produced an awful high-pitch hissing sound. This seemed to be coming from the aerators, which cannot be removed! This faucet is very poorly designed. I called Moen and they sent us two new spouts.
